Overview

Veratox® for Gliadin R5/Gluten is a quantitative analysis of almond residue in food products such as cookies, crackers, chocolate bars, ice creams, beverages and cereals and in CIP rinses for the presence of milk proteins casein and whey. Rice flour, cereal, bread and cooked hamburger were validated by AOAC-RI. CIP solutions and other foods were validated internally by Neogen.
