Reveal® Q+ MAX for Ergot Alkaloids
Overview
Easy, rapid and usable anywhere. Reveal® Q+ MAX for Ergot Alkaloids is intended for the quantitative analysis of rye and wheat. The test detects the six main ergot alkaloids identified of major importance to human and animal health by EFSA: ergometrine, ergotamine, ergosine, ergocristine, ergocryptine and ergocornine (along with the corresponding – inine epimers). Offers results in just 8 minutes and has a wide range of detection (50 – 5000 ppb). This line of mycotoxin tests use water-based extraction, which eliminates the need for hazardous materials in the extraction process. When paired with a Raptor reader, testers can easily read, analyse and store precise, reproducible, quantitative results.
